Master Finish Welcomes Josh Ferris as Our Third-Party Sales Representative

With a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Josh has dedicated over 14 years to the automotive industry. Throughout this extensive career, he has honed his expertise in various critical areas, including engineering, purchasing, quality, program management, and technical sales.

Recently, Josh embarked on an exciting new venture by starting his own technical sales firm, Phoenix Resources, LLC. This move represents a significant milestone, allowing him to continue providing the exceptional service that his customers have come to expect, while also offering a broader range of solutions. These solutions encompass metals, plastics, and plating, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive and innovative support tailored to their specific needs.

Josh’s passion for the industry and commitment to excellence drive his mission to deliver top-notch technical sales services, fostering long-lasting relationships and contributing to the success of his clients.

Outside of his professional life, Josh enjoys farming, hunting, fishing, and many other outdoor activities. These activities not only provide a balance to his work life, but also inspire creativity and innovation in his professional endeavors.
